Fabric & care
- Sweatshirt — 100% polyester, a thick 300 g/m² pullover fabric made to keep you warm through autumn and winter. Ribbed neckline, cuffs and hem.
- V-neck tee — breathable performance jersey, lightweight 145 g/m² and moisture-wicking.
- Twirl skirt — 100% polyester with a stretch waistband and two deep side pockets.
Wash before use. Machine wash cold with similar colors, mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Why it is called Sankofa
Sankofa is an Adinkra symbol of the Akan people of Ghana. It means go back and get it: reach back for what was left behind, and carry it forward.
We made this set for the woman who honors where she has been and keeps moving. The same print runs through all three pieces, so you wear the whole story, collar to hem.

Does the skirt have pockets?
Yes! Two discreet side pockets sewn into the seams — deep enough for your phone, keys, or lip balm. They lie flat, so they won't add bulk or ruin the silhouette.
What size should I get?
Pick one size for the whole set. The sweatshirt has a regular fit; the tee and skirt are true to size. For a roomier, more relaxed look, go one size up. Tap Size chart to compare each piece.
Is it warm enough for fall and winter?
Yes. The sweatshirt is a thick pullover made from 300 g/m² polyester, designed to keep you warmer on cool days — indoors, outdoors or out shopping.
How can I wear the set?
Wear the sweatshirt loose over the skirt, tuck it in for a defined waist, or pair the tee with the skirt on warmer days. Each piece also goes with jeans or pants you already own.
