Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, we make it easy to sort out — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Easy Size Exchange
If your item doesn't fit, we'll send you the correct size free of charge — with no need to return the original. You only cover a small handling + shipping fee. Available once per item, and not available on final-sale items.
To request a size exchange, email support@afropenda.com with your order number, the size you received, and the size you'd like.
Returns & Refunds
- Full-price items: Changed your mind? Return the unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is covered by you; refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
- Promotional / discounted items: Returnable for store credit within 30 days — even if already worn.
- Final-sale items: Not eligible for return or exchange.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If any item — including sale items — arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or develops a fault from normal wear or washing within 30 days, we'll make it right with a free replacement, no return needed. Just email support@afropenda.com a photo or short video along with your order number.
