Afropenda Mystery Pumpkin — Official Rules
Sponsor. Afropenda, 1209 Mountain Road Place NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.
Promotion period. Friday, September 18, 2026, 12:00 AM through Sunday, September 20, 2026, 11:59 PM, Pacific Time.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
How to get a pumpkin. Every order placed on afropenda.com during the promotion period with an order total of $50.00 or more (including shipping, before tax) receives one (1) mystery pumpkin. One pumpkin per qualifying order; there is no limit on the number of qualifying orders. The pumpkin is presented on the order confirmation page and, for customers who have opted in to text messages, by SMS.
No purchase necessary alternative. To receive one (1) pumpkin without a purchase, email support@afropenda.com with the subject line "Mystery Pumpkin" and your full name during the promotion period. One free pumpkin per person for the whole promotion. Free-entry pumpkins are drawn from the same prize pool with the same odds as purchase pumpkins.
Prizes and odds. Every pumpkin contains a prize. Prizes are assigned at random when the pumpkin is opened, from a daily pool. Each day's pool contains:
- One (1) cash prize: $1,000 on September 18; $500 on September 19; $500 on September 20. If a day's cash prize is not drawn by the end of that day (Pacific Time), its amount is added to the following day's cash prize.
- Eight (8) free dresses (approximate retail value $79.99 each), chosen by the winner from a set of 30 designs.
- Seventeen (17) free Rangi silk scarves (approximate retail value $41.99 each).
- Fifty-eight (58) free-shipping codes for a future order.
- One hundred (100) codes for $10 off a future order of $50 or more.
- An unlimited number of codes for $5 off a future order.
Odds of receiving a given prize depend on the number of pumpkins opened that day. Once a prize type's daily quantity is exhausted, remaining pumpkins that day receive one of the other prizes.
How prizes are delivered. Discount codes are shown on the pumpkin page, are single-use, and expire 14 days after the pumpkin is opened. Free dresses and scarves are added to the winning order by our support team before it ships; a free dress that cannot be added before the order ships is delivered as a single-use code for that item on a future order. Cash winners are contacted at the email address or phone number on the order and paid by PayPal within 10 business days of verification.
Conditions. If the qualifying order is cancelled, or refunded to below $50.00, the prize is forfeited and any unused code is cancelled. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted, except by the Sponsor if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes. The Sponsor's decisions are final.
